Information Required for Establishing a Limited Liability Company in Bulgaria With respect to the preparation of the necessary document for the incorporation, we will need information about the following circumstances:

2.	Seat, registered address and address for correspondence with the Company	Please confirm if the following address will be used as registered address, seat and address for correspondence with the Company: .
3.	The amount of the Capital of the Company	Please confirm the exact amount of the capital if it is more than 20 BGN. The Capital shall be distributed in shares with nominal value not less then BGN. We suggest you Capital to be divided in  shares each with nominal value BGN.
4.	Manager/s/ of the Company	The Company may be represented by one or more representatives. They can represent the company jointly or severally. Please confirm if you will be the manager of the Company and will be there other manager/s.
5.	Subject of Registered Activity	According to the Bulgarian legislation each company, despite the registered subject of activity, has the right to operate in other spheres of commerce for which no special permission is needed. The registered subject of activity is just indicative for its operations and is not a material limitation for Company’s business. Please inform us what will be the main activities of the Company in order for us to prepare the subject of activity of the Company and send it for your approval (e.g. Purchase and sale of goods rendering of consultancy; commission, transactions; domestic and foreign trade; commercial representation and agency, as well as any other business activities not prohibited by the law
6.	Your place of birth and permanent address in Bulgaria and the places of birth and permanent addresses of the other managers, if there are such.
7.	We will need also copy of your identification document (Personal card) and copies of the identification documents of the other managers, if there are such.
